The Italian shipyard Baglietto presented its new 65-meter superyacht project designed by Francesco Paszkowski (Francesco Paszkowski Design) at the Monaco Yacht Show 2019.

“Our new 65-metre superyacht was introduced last year only as a concept, and today we are happy to share the progress we have made. This is a project for which we are putting a lot of efforts and focus on both the style and cutting-edge technological solutions,” comments Baglietto CEO Michele Gavino.

The light retro-style touch reminds of the Baglietto classics - one of the outstanding yachts of the past, that served as a source of inspiration for design, the 36-meter Adler launched in 1987 and reaching a top speed of 40 knots with a cruising range of 3,500 nautical miles. At the same time, due to the vertical bow and innovative stern, the new project looks ultramodern. The yacht’s profile is a gorgeous combination of soft and powerful lines, with large windows, camouflaged by a darkening film in the hull and superstructure.

The key design feature is light. For instance, the swimming pool located in the upper deck has a transparent bottom, opening a view to a large aquarium on the lower deck, and the light comes directly to the central lobby from the glass skylights of the flybridge. Instead of stairs, the main deck is accessed via continuous side corridors; there is also a transition space represented by a winter garden between the exterior and interior with large windows and skylights. The main deck has another swimming pool, a lounge area and a dining room for up to 12 people, directly connected to the modern galley equipped for high-quality catering to ensure all imaginable gastronomic pleasures. In the bow you will find the owner’s suite and a VIP cabin with access to a private gym. Another 4 guest cabins are located in the center of the lower deck, which could be accessed through an elevator or a convenient side door in the lobby. The aft area is designed to accommodate the crew, and the stern has a garage filled with water for a 10-meter tender and a large beach club with a gym and a wellness area, that includes a sauna and a hammam.

On the upper deck, in line with the swimming pool with a transparent bottom, you will find another beach area, a bar, a dining area, a cinema with a large screen and a wheelhouse with a captain's cabin. Then, there is a touch-and-go helipad and another garage for 5.4-meter tender and a couple of jets.

Various motorization options are available for the new 65-meter Baglietto, including hybrid solutions being developed.
